iQuit is a straightforward application designed for monitoring the duration since quitting smoking, drinking, or any other habit you wish to track. It includes a feature that estimates financial savings and serves as a tool for motivation.
I originally developed this program on March 25, 2009 – the day I decided to quit smoking. Personally, I found the incentive of saving money in addition to improving my health to be a significant source of motivation during moments of temptation and vulnerability.
For me, using iQuit became akin to maintaining an unbroken chain of successful days; the more days I accumulated, the stronger my resolve grew to avoid breaking this positive streak.
My wish is that this uncomplicated application can support you in remaining steadfast in overcoming any challenges you may be facing, much like it has done for me.
